Welcome to Day 7🌟
Congratulations! Today we complete one week of this group! 🥳
These commitments and new agreements are powerful tools to support our mindset.
Any time you feel anxiety or stress creep into your mind during the day, just repeat today’s (or any other day’s) mantra silently in your mind. Mantra means ‘protect your mind’.
Day 7 Task
Make a list of people (only the first name, the surname does not matter) who you feel take away energy from you in some way.
Anyone that you have negative thoughts about, unresolved emotions, feelings of revenge, hurt, unspoken words, jealousy, anger or resentment, any type of discomfort counts. Bring up anybody or even an event that gives you a ‘negative hit’.
Try not to become engaged with the emotions that come up for you at this point, merely make a note of the name.
They can be living people or dead, people from the present or people from years ago, the important thing is what you feel about them.
Once your list is complete, now ‘feel’ why you added their name to this list. Write the emotion that comes up for you next to their name, if you can’t describe the emotion just write ‘negative’ or ‘unresolved’.
From your heart to his or her heart, write a blessing to each one of them, a positive heartfelt wish for them. If you need to forgive them do so from the heart, or if you feel you need to be forgiven ask them to forgive you, make a heartfelt plea to be forgiven.
We are all one and what we do to others, is done to all; and what others do to us, is done to all.
Love and appreciation for you all 💚♾
Day 7 Meditation
Sat-Chit-Ananda
Existence, Consciousness, Bliss
Sat : truth, absolute being or existence - that which is enduring and unchanging
Chit : consciousness, understanding and comprehension
Ananda : bliss, a state of pure happiness, joy and sensual pleasure
Sat-chit-ananda is a Sanskrit term that describes the nature of reality as it is conceptualized in Hindu and yogic philosophy. Some consider sat-chit-ananda to be the same as God or Brahman (Absolute Reality). Others use it as a term to describe the experience of realizing the unity and wholeness of all existence.
It is said that sat-chit-ananda is the source of all consciousness and all perfection. To experience sat-chit-ananda is to achieve the ultimate goal of the spiritual journey in Hinduism or yoga.💫
Day 7 Centering thought
“I use my conscious intentions to manifest my dreams.“💫💫💫
Have a conscious day! 🙏🏼💖💫
