Day 9 of the Boot Camp and today it's a 25 minute Dumbbell Leg Workout Follow Along. Legs , legs and nothing but legs and oh it will burn
We are back attacking a ladder workout with this one. As we are doing nothing but legs, we will work our way up to 6 reps of each exercise. Take a small break here if needed.
If not , just keep going and we will finish up from 6 reps of each exercise up to 10 reps of each
If you have done the ladder workouts before , you know the drill
As we are just going the legs today , if you have the weights available you may be able to go a little heavier , especially with certain exercises.
So as always, if you want to make it a tougher workout , just bump up those dumbbells
