I really love and appreciate this discussion, it makes me know I am not alone in this, and that is reassuring ❤. I have been living with MG for 12 years now, I had it when I was 11 years old but I was diagnosed at age 12. Just like everyone in the discussion, it started with my eyes, so I was taken to the eye clinic, given glasses but nothing helped. After a years of the condition getting worse, I was referred to a neurologist and trust me, they are very very few in number. In fact it was very difficult to see my neurologist at first. I had to live my State for medical care. But am so grateful for my family and support system and of course, I am grateful to God, because I wouldn't have made it pass age 12. That was the age all sides of MG began to show. And in a country like Nigeria that is not so medically developed, the awareness of MG is very low, so there are a lot of people with their insensitive words. Still looking for MG community here in Nigeria. As of 2023, almost all my symptoms has gone into remission (they are not as serious as they used to be), I only have ocular MG now. This video really lifted my spirit, so thank you for that.❤
