@@NoCommentNoif you have to walk make sure you are protected from the sun. If you could help it try to walk when the sun is not at its peak, early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Walk where you can get some shade. Wear long sleeves, preferably light material and light colored. Wear a wide rimmed hat that can shade your face, or do what most Asian do carry an umbrella wherever you go

In short terms... dry skin lacks lipids aka oil and dehydrated skin lacks water. Btw anyone can have dehydrated skin. I have oily skin and it's also dehydrated, so basically my skin is oily on the outside but dry on the inside. So having hydrating products rlly helps

wake up at 11am is quite common in Korea. When I lived there I was immediately surprised that most cafe are cloased in the morning, and all you see are old people walking around. everybody stays up too late. that's why they call it the Country of the Morning Calm.

Protip if you have oily skin its dehydrated and you need more moisturiser. The reason your skin is producing so much oil is to overcompensate for the dry skin. Also avoid oily skin makeup as well, i made the switch and it sits way better on on face compared to the "oily skin" ones.

Well, your appetite shrinks with your body size. That's normal. It's the same for larger body = larger appetite, too. That's why people find it so hard to lose weight; they think they need to immediately cut back to what others think are "diet" portions. Since that's not enough food, they get hungry and end up eating more than if they had just eaten sufficiently in the first place

If you're moisturizing and cleaning properly and it's still very flaky and dry then it's most probably dehydrated. So then you should gently exfoliate with a chemical exfoliator and then use a serum/essence or hydrating mask or a Hydraulic acid moisturizer(a thick one is better) AND also hydrate your body! It´s sad that you have to excuse yourself for waking up at 11am. People need to chill more. Even if you go to bed at 8pm and got up the next day at 2pm..... Sometimes your body just needs the sleep. As long you don´t do it every day then it´s completly normal and even healthy!

I want a convenience store like the one they have in Korean you're my home it used to be a 7-Eleven and now it's some kind of treat shop but it sucks there was a mom-and-pop store nearby to but it went under long ago that would be the perfect spot for it my son works for 0K in TX. CS

Man, I wish where I live, women could use roads for leisure and exercise as well without the fear of getting stalked, assaulted, kidnapped, murd3r3d or R-worded while alone. I can’t even take a 10 minute walk to my place of work without ensuring I’m sharing my location with somebody, nobody’s trying to follow me, or nobody would jump me, and that’s during daytime.
