Yeah exercise part is so true...I workout 6 times a week...the times I miss out my workout I feel less energized compared to wen I do...its not only to keep u in shape but its for stress,,it keeps u stress free to an extent..and the amount of energy and the heights of happy hormones it generates...hats off

ഞാൻ എക്സർസൈസ് ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. നല്ല എനർജി ആണ്.. ഞാനും പണ്ട് ഇതിൻ്റെ ഒക്കെ ആവശ്യം ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ നമ്മുടേ body നമ്മൾ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ പിന്നെ ആര് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാൻ എന്നു ചിന്തിച്ചപ്പോൾ തുടങ്ങിയതാണ് എക്സർസൈസ്. സൂപ്പർ വീഡിയൊ ആണ് ട്ടോ മിയേച്ചി

Yes! Even though excercising is tough and needs a lot of motivation..the feeling that u get after doing the work out is phenomenal! U feel sooo happy.. happy hormones are released! Thank you Miya for inspiring all of us!

ഏകദേശം 14 വർഷം ഞാൻ എൻറെ ഇഷ്ടം മരന്നുജീവിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങീട്ട് .ഇപ്പൊ ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും എനിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ജീവിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി .അതും എല്ലാവരുടെയും സപ്പൊർറ്റിൽ. തങ്കു യു.എപ്പോഴും എനിക്ക് ഭയമയിരുന്നു.എങ്ങനെ മാനേജ് ചെയ്യുമ്മെന്ന് .ഭർത്താവും അത് തന്നെയായിരുന്നു പ്രോബ്ലം .പക്ഷെ മിയയെ കാണാൻ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോ എല്ലാ ഭയവും മാറി.

Yess Mia... I was a working mother....2 years back my husband passed away....was feeling so down and old ....and then I took up yoga....now I feel younger fitter and started loving myself again....feel more confident....and beautiful again....

Beautiful video.. Inspirational with full of positive vibes. My idiyappam presser is broken 😞 I need to buy a new one . My kids used to love it . Manu looks more taller in this video . May God bless you all. I think we share the same interest about books perspective. I read that same book 5-6 years back , think it’s time to reread it to recharge and refresh my soul.

Absolutely agree about the exercise. The difference is night and day! My situations have changed recently where I haven’t been able to work out and I can feel the difference in all aspects that f my life. Especially mental and emotional health.

Exercise is definitely an endorphin booster! If Im nor mistaken, it also aides in the regulated release of dopamine, so if you’re struggling with depression and anxiety, its a great way to boost these neurotransmitters. Pinne like chechi said, that release you experience post workout is on another level. You feel fresh (like after a shower), but your brain also feels energized. Honestly every time I watch your videos I want to get back into it, but I just cannot get myself to work out. Hopefully today’s the day!
