I'm so happy to hear you are homeschooling your kids. We home schooled our 3 kids from K through 12? They all went on to college and are doing very well. They are all married with children, and they are just great adults.

Yay no TV. I live in a community of large families and no tvs. I love how the kids do other things and their frame of reference isn’t tv/film etc (&im a journalist so I’m not anti media!). So good for children and the family 💕💕💕

Love all your videos and advice. Just got your cookbook in the mail from Amazon! Love it! I'm 58 and gained 25 pounds with menopause. I found keto not sustainable! And I felt awful. I feel so great on the WFPB diet and have already lost 5 pounds. And one thing for sure: my constipation is gone lol! 😂

So sweet seeing you two doing the embroidery together. I remember learning how to do cross stitching when I was young and it was such a great way to learn how to focus and be precise. Plus I always felt a great sense of accomplishment when the project was done. This was such a cosy episode. I miss pumpkins and gourds and decorating for fall. ❤

Thank you for another great video, so peaceful and restorative! BTW, I love your books and love the decor. We will be homeschooling our children next year (currently 4 (pre-k) and 5 (K)) so if you could give any homeschool tips while growing your food with mindfulness or anything would be super helpful. Much love from Massachusetts!

Hey Kiki I love your videos! Could you one day make a garden based video on how you grow/plant/what grows best together in order to get your produce! Your garden looks like it’s thriving and once we buy our own home I want to be able to have a thriving garden like you! ❤️ all I have are families of cacti since I rent right now LOL

New to your channel, I’m going to make the tostadas this week. One trick for the canned refried beans, I dump them in a bowl and microwave them with a little bit of pickled jalapeño juice. That little bit just makes them smooth and tons of flavor I had a little bit of garlic powder as well.

Love the video!! We live at 7500 ft elevation (outside of Vail). How do you get apple & pear trees to grow at high elevation? Did you just buy them from Home Depot/Lowes or are they from a nursery that specializes in high altitude plants?
@PlantifulKiki
Жыл бұрын
I buy them from local nurseries and at our altitude we can’t plant dwarf varieties because they won’t make it through the winter, you want to look for zone appropriate trees

Curious as to the lettuce - do you seed again once patches are picked or cut off at bottom? Or does it regrow? I bought lettuce already grown & was able to harvest quite a bit - I only picked what I need but towards the end I cut off at the bottom.

I know it’s distracting but she has said on Instagram that she is busy with her house and homeschooling and too much to make a full length video. It takes hours to edit a KZitem video but only minutes to edit Instagram videos (this type). I know she said this is all she can do at this time.

Life can be hectic. KZitem videos do take more time to edit and upload than Instagram videos. It can take me hours and hours to edit a KZitem video but only take one hour to edit an Instagram one.
