Great pacing Ryan, must be tricky on a course like that, also nice to see you talking with Brett, he had a great result, he did Manchester and his video of that is excellent😀

Well done mate! Obviously your times are ridiculous - I'd like to try and get under 40 myself in the next year or so - but found this very interesting, getting a free entry to a race. Might be something I'll try myself one day! Nice one

Brilliant pacing! I've paced a couple of Half Marathons for Runthrough - loved it but that flag backpack was like a cheese-grater against my neck by the end 😆 Next time, could we please have Haley pacing (she would love it) and you wearing the Ronnie the Roadrunner outfit (she would love that too)?

Is that the name of the big bird thing 😂 you'll be pleased to know we are both signed up for pacing a 10km next month so you'll be able to see how she managed it 😂 thank you for enjoying the run, I oddly enjoyed the flag but I did only have it on for a 10k 😂

@@raleyadventures Yes I only know that it's a roadrunner because it wears a T shirt with "Ronnie the Roadrunner" written on the back 😆 Good luck with the 10k!

Top quality running, Ryan! Running that much within yourself at 4min/km is immense! Mega pacing too! 40mins you say? Challenge accepted!

Incredible pacing, on a tricky course, Ryan. Well done. Great to see Andy and Brett in there as well 👍🏻🏃♂️ I think my anxiety would be high, trying to stick to a pace for other people to follow, and just hoping my Garmin was accurate 😅

Haha I did get nervous whenever I went under a tree and just had to go on feel 😂 overtaking wasn't exactly ideal either, thank you so much for taking the time to watch it ☺️👊

Well done, great work! I’m getting into this too, I marshalled my first race last month and going back next month to be a pacer for the first time- 60min 10k pacer. Great video!

Definitely better at pacing than the 40 minute pacer at great Grimsby 10k. I went through 5k on 19:35 and he was way in front of me then he was jogging it in on last km. Really frustrating but i know they are volunteers.

That's the problem I guess, they only have to get the time it doesnt really matter how they get it but Pacers do really annoy me generally 😂 pacing again on Sunday without the camera for a half but I reckon it'll be toasty 😅😅 thank you so much for taking the time to watch ☺️☺️
