I'd highly recommend! If you're doing it for a business it's a lot of work and very little reward up front, but I really enjoyed learning to edit, pushing myself to try new things and talking to people in the comments 👊🏽

Hey Jordan. Just wondering, how hard is Engineering mathematics? How much independent study are you doing per day? thanks.

It's difficult to say how hard something is, but it's definitely as challenging as any engineering course would be. Eng maths has elements of computer science, maths, physics and some modules from the traditional engineering disciplines (mech, aero, electronics etc). Universities tend to assume we work 40 hours a week, so with ~26 contact hours (ie lectures, seminars, tutorials etc) in first year eng maths, you'll probably have to make up around 14 hours independent study each week... I think a more realistic amount is 5-10 hours for most students but it's quite subjective, especially if you have coding experience

Best of luck! It really is manageable if you put your head down, maybe we'll even cross paths on campus

Haha I mean that includes about ~6 optional hours with drop-ins and tutorials, plus about 3 hours of labs so it's not too bad, it's recommended you attend everything lectures and labs but you'll have some flexibility with other timetabled activities

Hi mate, I hope you're well. Can I ask how you managed to get a Costco membership, because they're so exclusive in who they allow to shop with them? I've been wanting to get one for a while, but I've never had the opportunity

Currently my brother works there so I have a card on his account but back then, my parents have a membership so I was using there's! There's no easy way for a student to get a membership but you can get on a pre-existing account if needed
