Went to elementary school with Justin. Played basketball with him almost everyday, even on the weekends at rep that his parents held. He was always very athletic, didn't expect him to take on running. Go get it champ.

NormaTec recovery boots. Go to NormaTec's website if you want them. They're pricey, but good for ideal recovery after a run. Not an option if you have to get your run in before work, but if you have the money they could help your recovery on your days off from work.

Sorry but YOU guys are behind the table as it come to training. Go check out the training in Kenya and Ethiopia. They are training at altitude and living a simple, simple, simple life. Here you guys are training in Boston and playing video games? Come on! It could be Central Park in NYC and it does NOT compare to Eldorat, Kenya. You got to live simple, hungry and away from the rat race of the big, big, big city. Check them out and check you out and you can tell the difference. No comparison period!
