Version Update!! V1.2 - 2024-08-13 - Added a sort button to the Enemy Creatures page. Added all creatures from "The Hunted" adventure campaign. Removed SP and MP from the initiative tracker table and replaced with PD & MD. Further features discussed below will be in the next update. This fixes the major things and has what you need to run "The Hunted" demo adventure. Check back for update notices here. Or better yet, subscribe, like and set your notifications on :)

This is so great! I made a similar Excel tool for my own use but yours is cleaner and slicker. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this and for sharing it with us! Have you considered adding different colours for the 'bloodied' and 'well bloodied' conditions, or other conditions in general? Great tool 👍

That's an often requested feature. The way it works right now, even if you format the stat block portion on the creatures page, Excel doesn't transfer that formatting to the main page. I have some ideas on this though which might show up in a future version. Thanks for the feedback!

thanks a lot for this, I've run a few oneshots of DC20 for my players but I never put too many enemies in the fight because I'm afraid I might lose track of things. Right now I'm running a 5e game, but once the subclasses are out I'm trying a campaign with thus system and this will help a lot I think

Really nice but i am having problems i can add monsters and players but when i click roll empty initiatives i don't get the info like failure and success and info for the ones we type the roll for just the ones i auto roll

Yes, the manual entries for crit successes and crit fails currently do not automatically fill in the condition notes. I can automate the Crit Fails to show the info but Crit Successes will be a problem. If a manual entry of 20 is entered as a creature's initiative, the software doesn't know if the manual entry was a dirty 20 (after bonuses) or a natural 20. However, I can try to make the condition notes add automatically if the "CS" (critical success flag) is manually entered next to the initiative column. I'll make the changes in the next version. Great feedback!

One remark regarding initiative is that the GM may decide which monster acts when. Coach gives the tip to let the enemy that just got targeted to go first. I GM this way, so not sure how to use the excel in that regard. I also like that you track HP in the sheet, perhaps instead of stamina and MP add PD and MD? Monsters don't use stamina or MP, but often have once per turn restrictions (so far).

You could just change the initiative of the monster to a higher number so that it goes first and re-sort the initiative. Good feedback on the PD and MD. I was thinking of having a cell where you enter the "To Hit" value and it will add up the heavy, brutal, and crit damage for all the creatures in the table to make it easy for the math-challenged. It would be for damage reference only and you make the changes to appropriate creature's HP manually.

You will need the Microsoft Excel software downloaded and installed on your computer to run this. It uses macros so the online version of Excel in Microsoft 365 won't work. Here's a link where you can get Microsoft Excel: www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-365/p/excel-home-and-student/cfq7ttc0hlkr?activetab=pivot:overviewtab
