MANILA - Former Sen. Leila del Lima on Monday said she was "inclined" to file cases against former police chief and now Sen. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa, who allegedly orchestrated the fabrication of her links to the drug trade that led to her years-long detention.
This, after self-confessed drug lord Kerwin Espinosa claimed during Friday's House quad committee hearing that he was coerced by Dela Rosa to implicate De Lima in the drug war.
"I'll discuss it this afternoon with the lawyers. I'm inclined to file cases against Sen. Bato dela Rosa," De Lima told ANC's Headstart.
