Your not marking enemies, killing a marked enemy replenishes both your armor and primary ammo while either melee bashing or ziplining to those floating glowing orbs replenishes your secondary ammo, so the key to surviving is marking your enemies and killing those marked enemies before your sheilds deplete in order to keep your health at max, all abilities and grenades mark enemies, so each class has 3 ways to mark an enemy

It only took me about 12 hours to get my first successful run on normal mode, but we also have the 2 harder modes, an endless mode and the new time trial mode

Its a roguelite modeled as a doom clone, doom and its clones never have iron sights, thats why there a focus on replenishing your resources like ammo and shields just like Doom Eternal

Iron sights would slow the game too much, roguelites are supposed to start off very challenging and become easier after you start getting upgrades, this is nothing new

Roguelites usually dont put too much effort into story, thats nothing new, i never expect story to be a main focus when playing Roguelites, these types of games tend to focus more on gameplay and progression, which i completely agree with
