flushing tampons is bad for the environment because it can end up in various sources of water due to the fact that it doesn’t break down and aren’t filtered out by waste treatment plants. it’s kind of like flushing paper towels or cotton swabs

Lying under oath is contempt of court/perjury. Witnesses can go to jail. When they swear, they don’t swear on the Bible. They hold their hand up. When you are sworn into office, you can swear on the book of your faith or on the Constitution. Attorney/client privilege is real. They must keep confidentiality.

I think the no oral thing could work for a couple where they both feel the same way about that, but it could be hard for someone that values it much more. But I’m sure there are different reasons as to why certain people aren’t into it

I think in the instance of taking an oath in trials most people can only really reference media. In most trials criminal defendants do not take the stand because you are not forced to incriminate yourself during your trial. The only time they typically take the stand is if they are truly innocent or are claiming self defense and believe it to be beneficial to their own case.

This is why I believe in astrology lol. Cammie, a water sign, more perplexed by the ocean. Taryn, an air sign, more scared/intrigued by the vastness of space/the sky.

Whenever people talk about the ocean, I always have to say. “The deeper the water the more hatred for humanity aquatic life has” makes no sense cause they’d have less human contact but I just find it funny because people find marine life scarier the deeper they are.

There is a reason behind about being said your Miranda rights every time, and it has to do with an important court case!! In Miranda v Arizona, Ernesto Miranda confessed to committing several crimes because he was not told he had the right to remain silent. Miranda argued that he should have been read his rights so he was aware of them; this went all the way to the Supreme Court, who ruled that anyone who is arrested must be read their rights, now known as Miranda Rights after this trial.

@lluvabbs

@@madaleeX how would that possibly be weirder ? 😭 just throw out the trash at a good time
@madaleeX

@@lluvabbs hypothetically, someone could’ve just put a new trash bag in the trashcan, and the used tampon could be the first thing thrown away and could sit there for a week depending how long it takes to fill your trash up. Now that’s what’s considered weird and nasty
