Teressa....Why would you ever raise your voice and 'yell' at a dealer? Furthermore, you can not just fire a dealer because of their check cutting skills or lack thereof. Yelling and/or threatening another employee would open up a whole can of worms for you and you could be reported to HR for unprofessional misconduct and behavior.

I enjoyed this video very much. I taught craps, blackjack - and the dreaded carnival games - from 2005-2009 (in Biloxi/Gulfport, MS) and we really could’ve used your help and expertise. I like the soda can analogy! I also appreciate that you took the time to mention proving the last little stack. I’ll bet you’re really fun to work with. I’m guessing you’re most likely a shift manager (or dual rate pit/shift), but I know one damn thing... If I was one of your lumps, I’d put in an extra hour or 2 of cheque cutting practice every day. I’d be scared shitless of you firing me! 😉 Seriously though- I hope many people take the time to watch it. I’m subscribing to your channel, because although I’m a 27-year veteran I enjoy learning the techniques of other dealers, instructors, etc. Thanks and have a blessed day!

Its easy to follow, easy to learn by watching to it. For example I appreciate view from dealer. And the talking about fired? Not important for me, just trashtalk, spicy talking, joking....whatewer. I like this video.

You keep saying to prove the last stack. Isn't the last stack suppose to be splashed out to prove it?

I’m in dealer school now. Not in craps.

You need to "prove" that the last stack has the same number of chips. You should always do both. Prove AND splash. (at least that is how I was taught)

Depends what your house’s SOPs are. Some splash, some size into it, etc.
