I've been on a movie set once or twice. Nothing quite as captivating as this little gem I think. Not sure how this scene came about, but it is SO charming and lovely, I wonder why it wasn't included on any soundtrack anywhere! My mom was a huge Buck Owens fan & was of the generation that made the Grand 'ol Opry what it became. Bakersfield was right up I-5 from our home. And this song was covered by other artists over the years. Call me biased, but this is the BEST version by a long country mile and how y'all treated it here, though short, is so wonderful indeed. I'm so glad someone finally posted it and gave it the love and attention it needed. So we could ALL enjoy it. THANK YOU!!!

Thank you!!!! I love this. I looked and looked everywhere for it, but they didn't put it on the soundtrack. I can't believe you did this. Thank you so much!!!

I agree, this is the best version ever of this song. It is so frustrating to not be able to find out who the singer or the band was or find this in any other format. I don't know why it was left off the soundtrack. Best song in the movie.

I think it's the actress in the bar that's actually singing it. It's not on the soundtrack. 🙁
