The talk about death has popped up on such a real day, I get horrible panic moments and existential crisis at the moment the same that Mint has been explaining and it's kind of comforting to know that it's not just me that feels this way. So thank you 💜

Lol when Olivia was talking about faeries and mentioning how every culture has stories about them, then she got slapped in the face with a leaf, my yt cuts to a temu commercial that was like, 🎶 FEELS LIKE A DREAM, FEELS LIKE MAGIC 🎶. Lol i love it when that stuff happens, gets me every time.😂 ps yt I won't shop at temu, please stop.

Also, one more thing, Mint, I am the same about death. In my early 20s I had a nonstop panic attack that lasted for 3 months, where I was sleeping maybe 30 minutes a night most nights, eating maybe a bite of food a day, it was torture. I was the lowest I've ever been. I'm autistic, so learning everything I can about anxiety and its therapies, as well as death has helped. Nowadays, I love to watch people like Nurse Hadley (a hospice nurse), Michael Armstrong on tiktok, or Olivia!! anything that reinforces my belief in an afterlife.

I appreciate Mint so much for being open and honest about her struggle with the topic of Death. I'm in the exact same boat. Panic attacks, dissasociating during those attacks, I can't talk about the subject, etc. I've felt like such a fraud in my spirituality because of it, and hearing her perspective gives me hope that there's a path out of this fear for me. Thank you both

A lot of people may not know this but i believe you can't actually get close to Stonehenge. A good alternative that I visited was the ring of brodgar in Scotland. You can get up close and personal with each stone. Here is what I received from meditation with them "Be present and treasure each moment that the universe gives you. Even though the day may be hard. Trust that you will persevere and learn the lessons that you are meant to learn."

This was fun! Thanks for all the interviews and q&as with other practitioners, Olivia, this is my favourite way to discover new people in witchcraft and it gives a nice sense of a realer, human-based community. Going from avoiding the subject to chilling and enjoying myself in a graveyard took me a lot longer than a year, so that's great progress! And that's parallel to all the emotional growth about the whole death thing (specifically, oblivion, ceasing to perceive and remember -- any sort of post-death experience is a-okay with me, even eternal floating in space), my attitude towards it and the animalistic three in the morning fears sort of stop having anything to do with each other... My panic attacks eventually almost stopped because I was so done with them. I feel the distant wave of anxiety rise practically every night, but I'm tired, busy, or too happy, or too annoyed, I don't have time for your bullshit, lizard brain! Burned out on my panic attacks, the ultimate millenial experience.

I have a phobia of death ever since I was little, I relate to MintFaery a lot. I get depressed, panic attacks and anxiety for days and days. At times the feeling doesn’t last until like months until I’m finally out of that mindset. I’m mostly terrified that there’s going to be nothing or somewhere horrible, I think it’s one of the reasons why i became a witch and a pagan. Overall I believe I shall go where my ancestors are and my family is it’s not bad but it is something and somewhere peaceful.

I respect your view on things. I personally feel that for me, being loving, kind and gentle with animals and beings of nature, is just who I am and have always been. I feel like nature would not want me to harm them or sacrifice them and I also could not do that. Protecting and caring for animals, connecting to nature is a part of my witchcraft path. I have been rescuing bugs even when I was a child :D I do understand your point when people are using it only as an image, faking it, I also hate the fake positive trend where people refuse to face their shadows. Super fun Q&A btw, inspired me a lot!

I used to be very squeamish around death when I was younger. As I grew older and actually started listening to the spirits and experiencing the death of loved ones and communicating with them the concept of passing and death became easier. I do have a unique perspective as my family has always been comfortable with death, and we continue to carry on southern traditions of wakes and hand digging graves. I think it just takes time to become comfortable with such harsh energies as death and birth. The best coping methods I have found are to make it personal and don't push the experience away. Pick a bouquet of wildflowers for a funeral, place a trinket or something your loved one would have liked in the coffin with them. We still place coins in their pockets to pay the toll before they go into the ground.

What most people don't understand about the evil eye is we cast it on ourselves daily. Others don't have to cast the evil eye on us. We care more about ourselves than anyone else does. We consistantly tell ourselves we wish we were someone else. We consistantly listen to others figure shaming and because we are around those people we adopt their way of thinking. Jesus even said take out the straw from your eye before you can help your bother take out the straw from their eye. Meaning we have to self reflect and take out the eye of judgement from us so we don't confuse our thought with our sight and reason. We are the only ones who can remove jealousy from ourselves. Which is why it's important not to judge others even based on their actions. God is the one who judges people for us. He takes care of all his children in each and every way for their spiritual growth.

23:38 If you're ok with dying and becoming moss, and that's your idea of death, swirling in the universe with all the noises echoing in your head, then it might not be death that you're really afraid of. And your brain is trying to trick you into thinking it's death so you won't find and heal what you're really afraid of. It has interest, and you have subcon personal gain, in keeping it hidden by misdirecting you. If you've tried and tried to work on it and not much has worked, I would go down the lane of asking how your image of death makes you FEEL and then heal all those adjectives. Alone, abandoned, lost, overwhelmed, powerless, helpless, and out of control. Those are all the adjectives I get from your vision/image of death. Maybe that will help you get to the core of what's really making you scared and a message your heart wants you to know. Either way, good luck! Take care! ❤

To say generalisation is her pet peeve but then in the same breath going on to generalise every practitioner who is like "I wouldn't harm a thing" is....... it's just not cool! Like can people who don't harm a thing be left alone, please? So what if they frown upon animal sacrifices? Let them frown as they wish but you ain't get to generalise and call em fake for that! When you're good with what you're doing (animal sacrifices) then be good with it and let the frowners frown. If you can't handle a frown then maybe don't talk ONLINE about stuff that will cause a stir up with certainty.

1 John 4:16 "So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him." These lovely people are sharing their friendship and spirituality with us. Maybe you could try to see God in them, as God is in all people, and try to learn from their authenticity and good intentions. I understand that you think you are doing something good by posting this comment, but in my experience comments like this just distance people from Christianity as it makes us seem judgmental and pious, like the Pharisees. Instead, we should have open dialogue where we truly try to understand each other, and perhaps we can all learn something from conversations with people who believe differently from us.
