I'm a piano technician and I love analogies as well. Edith Schaeffer wrote _Forever Music: A tribute to the gift of creativity_ after a friend gave her a Steinway grand piano following the passing of her husband, Dr. Francis Schaeffer. The thesis of the book is that Jesus is our great "Piano Technician" who can "tune, tone, and regulate" our lives and then make beautiful music out of them.

Thank you for your response my friend. We must remember that there's a difference between a scientific theory and a theory as a speculation or guess. The former is defined as a scientific phenomenon that is supported and affirmed by a vast body of evidence. In other words, a scientific theory is a fact. For example, we have the theory of gravity, the theory of heliocentricity, the theory of plate tectonics yet we know these are proven scientific facts. The Big Bang is no different from those other points. In fact, one of the very reasons why I believe in God is because of the Big Bang. It's good science, it glorifies Genesis 1:1 and it glorifies God as the creator. Science has demonstrated that the universe had a beginning and so does the Book of Genesis. The Book of nature and the Book of Scripture affirm the beginning of the universe and God would be the one who caused the Big Bang! I agree with you that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, was, is and always will be the sinless Saviour of the world, was crucified for our sins and physically rose from the grave and will come again. The simple truth is: there is no conflict between science and faith. You can be a faithful, committed follower of Jesus and believe what modern science teaches us and not necessarily hold to young earth creationism. "May the Lord Bless you & Keep you" Numbers 6:24

I would say, to put it very short & simple: we should not waste our time chasing after these vague and ludicrous conspiracy theories that are just speculations. Rather, let's fix our eyes on Jesus. For Life. Stay blessed.

Can I ask you one very simple question: how in the name of logic and rationality can a bunch of people control, manipulate, rule and dominate the entire planet? To be quite blunt, I find the Illuminati theory to be one of the most silliest, stupidest, illogical, irrational and asinine claims I've ever heard in my life. How is this man-made human theory actually possible? Here's a good article refuting these screwball human conspiracy theories and a reminder to stay focused on Jesus all the way: www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/what-is-the-illuminati-conspiracy-theory-is-it-in-the-bible/ I don't interpret Isaiah 40:22 as a literal circle. Rather the earth is spherical so in that sense it's a 'circle'. This is not a threat to Biblical Christianity.

When people ask me if I take the Bible literally, I prefer to say 'I take it as it's given to us.' Make no mistake: there are many things in the Bible I take seriously & literally like Jesus' virgin birth, death by crucifixion, bodily resurrection and that we're saved by grace through believing & not works. However there are other verses and things, especially in the Old Testament, that I don't take literally. For instance: Seeing that Biblical Hebrew has a limited vocabulary & words have a multitude of meanings, I don't believe the days in Genesis 1 are literal 24 hour days. I don't believe that God literally changes His mind or regrets what He does - He is omniscient & knows everything. I don't believe the Utterly/Completely destroyed verses in Exodus-Joshua are strictly literal - these were Ancient Near Eastern hyperboles used to denote a victory and not necessarily a full on extermination. Even from a simple glance, you wouldn't take Psalm 98:8 or 1 Chronicles 16:33 to mean that the trees, rivers or mountains literally clap or sing. I watched the video you shared & I'm still not persuaded by the idea of some people controlling absolutely everything on the planet. Let me tell you why: I hear conspiracy theorists say evolution was invented by the Illuminati to destroy faith in God. If that's the case, then why do many Christian scientific organizations like Biologos, American Scientific Affiliation, Christians in Science and The Faraday Institute affirm or are open to evolution? And why do countless Christian individuals such as Simon Conway Morris, John Polkinghorne, Alister McGrath, Tim Keller, Daniel Harrell, Denis Alexander, Deborah Haarsma, Loren Haarsma, Kathryn Applegate, Jeff Schloss, Ard Louis, Owen Gingerich, Francis Collins, Carl Drews and myself affirm an evolutionary creation? And if evolution is incompatible with the Bible, why does Genesis 1:24 sound so consistent and harmonious with evolution (Let THE LAND PRODUCE living creatures according to their kinds)? In fact, what are we to make of Darwin’s quote: “It seems to me absurd to doubt that a man can be an ardent theist and an evolutionist”? (Written in 1879 to John Fordyce). The "Illuminati inventing & controlling evolution" is baseless, completely frivolous and doesn't prove anything. Many of these conspiracy theory claims I've come across are no different & could mean ANYTHING depending on the context. The only thing that'll convince me is some logical, reasonable and consistent evidence. If we cannot provide it, then let's just forget about these imaginary man-made theories and just focus on walking with Jesus and serving Him and sharing our faith to the world.

Why use animation instead of telescope images? I suspect it is because the images in the drawings are of what evolutionist have hypothesised what they would like to find and not what we actually observe. Here's God's view on the creation of the stars. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. This creator god is closer to the god of the Hindu than the God of the bible.

Please be careful about your allegation on the dark matter. This is highly debatable in the scientific community. With Verlinde etc. supporting that the gravity does not act as we think it should.

This is an example of the false doctrine that is warned about in the last days. This is evolution. If you believe in evolution and doubt the Genesis explanation then the rest of the Bible begins to fall apart. I mean...if Genesis is only partly true then what about the rest of the Bible?

if Genesis is only partly true then what about the rest of the Bible? This is a great question. Sometimes a narrative of any story should change when certain knowledge is learned. Once many thought the Sun moved around the Earth. Now we know it's the other way around. So that narrative must change. Maybe this means the Genesis, and yes other parts of the Bible could use some alterations in light of the true story of our origins and the origins of our universe. After all King Solomon proclaimed of God "the highest heavens could not contain thee". That means the vastness of God is infinite as is his creation. God is not limited, God is universal.

@@nasasjanitor994 If God just set things in motion then where is intelligent design and loving creation of every living thing? For me, knowing Jesus as my personal Savior is knowing God personally. And knowing how He would choose to create. He is always more than what we can comprehend. "In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth.." If you always look at things thru the eyes of science, you will miss the faith aspect and the wonder of a God that is far beyond our imaginings. God Bless.

@@seaweed349 But you see, that is the misconception many Christians have. The beauty of science is that it allows us humans to awe even greater at the work and creation of God. Science does take any faith aspect from Christ the Creator, rather, science enhances and complements the glory of God's genius. I believe in Yeshua as well, and I believe that the Bible is the infalible word of the great I AM. But I also believe that science and faith are like a couple of that are destined to be together, but us humans try to separate them because of our own desires. To conclude my friend, I have to say that I admire your faith, and I believe that you love Jesus greatly, but, if we do not open ourselves to the knowledge of God's creation that is given through science, then we are just as ignorant as those who chose to reject Yeshua as LORD and SAVIOR. God bless.

@cdesign proponentsist It is clear that something cannot possibly come from nothing because nothing is insubstantial. And so essentially there is nothing for the big bang to grab hold of in nothing, in order to pull out the primitive universe from that magic hat of nothing. The light speed is broken. planets and Galaxies spin backwards The big bang would produce the same amount of anti-matter as matter those should destroy each other.

@cdesign proponentsist Time energy quantum mechanics gravity laws are all something. Nothing is that which does not exist. However, as the experts tell us they do not understand quantum physics it is possible to propose anything eg the multiverse. It is like an appeal to dark matter you can neither argue against it nor prove it."planets and Galaxies spin backwards" What is your point? angular momentum. What else?
