Prior to moving off Long Island I performed a similar experiment from the shore of Crab Meadow Beach, zooming in on Stamford CT on a very clear day. The Trump Parc Stamford building is about 350 ft high - but only a portion of the building is visible from Crab Meadow. Your demonstration is better in that you use several different locations at various elevations. Well done! Keep in mind your demonstration does not PROVE the Earth is a globe, but it does provide convincing evidence.

Thank you for your comment! "Debunking" is just the name of the series. Obviously, a combination of experiments helps to present the argument, not just one, especially when it's a large topic. Especially considering that generations ago, they didn't just look at one example and say, "Yep. We're done here. The Earth is a globe." Once completed, the series will be the proof. Sounds like your experiment is effective as well. What helps with Long Island plus Connecticut in this is the length of sight you can see and how you can move along the coast for more results. I wished the weather conditions had stayed the same, as it got more cloudy as the day went on. So by the time I got to Black Rock, it wasn't as clear as I wanted it to be.

Nice job, i like how you raised your elevation in this experiment. I dont understand how people can't see how clear this is. The only thing he could of done better is doing it on a better visibility day

it's pretty easy to debunk flattardia.

They'll still pretend that it isn't. Eventho, this video proves it isn't flat.

Funny... its on now. But ok... this debunks nothing bud. There is no "scientific process" done here. You are actually showing different locations/angles and constantly prove that there is something different obstructing the facility. One you can actually see the trees/land/crane like objects in between the towers. Again... im not a flat earther but this is just not helping the conversation.

At Lighthouse Point, it shows a 545-foot obstruction and a line map that shows there's an ocean all the way to the shoreline. The buildings you see are the HRSG and the steam turbine building, which are the only buildings in the way of the stacks in some of the pictures. The East Rock video is farther away but higher in elevation, so it means it will bring the building into sight, which it does. The HRSG is not in the picture at Lighthouse Point but can be seen at East Rock. This is why I broke down the property of Northport Power Station and described the property. KZitem gives me creator tools, and it tells me where people skip parts of my videos. That part is the most skipped part. I hope you didn't contribute to those statistics while showing criticism. The scientific process involves using trigonometry to predict results involving curvature and being correct in those predictions. Just because you didn't understand the experiment doesn't mean it's wrong. Please explain why you can't see the Heat Recovery Steam Generators at Lighthouse Point.

Also, where is the shoreline in Sherwood island shot?

Double-checking his work on Google Earth, and looking at it from a straight line from his furthest location, he only crosses the path of two to three trees, maximum. With a very low elevation we see it in the video the more west he goes which is where he started his video the less the trees are an issue. The first and second locations actually have no trees blocking his view. And he's entirely correct about there being no shoreline. He's looking at this location more than 3 times further than Sherwood, so you would 100% see a shoreline if the Earth were flat. You don't even see the smallest of structures, which he left out mentioning.

@@DiscoverHeliocentric no I understand the experiment 100%! Don't take my word for it look up the definition of the scientific method and know the math is not right I don't care if you think you do have an understanding of simple trigonometry in calculus and algebra and blah blah blah blah blah all you're doing is taking the same concept in the same videos that the flat earthers did and trying to reverse it on them there's nothing new about this and it's actually Petty because you're not doing anything different than what a flat earther has done except with a weaker much much weaker camera. Lastly we watch the video enhance it.... there are things between the camera the water and the towers I didn't put them there but if you're trying to say it's a simple optical illusion then you're proving the point of the flat earthers. Skiba did a raise the elevation video and across the bay video all of the flat earthers have done these exact same videos so all you're doing is the same video and just trying to sound more scientific and again it is not helping the conversation the craziest part about these comments is anyone who thinks that they know someone's education level just by KZitem comments... if I prove to you what level of Education I have would you stop for a second and listen ? Or would you simply deny and go on about your own understanding

To be scientific you should capture the same in cold weather. Let's make video before sunrise, at noon, after sunset, and at nicght. Guess the outcome!

Thank you for your contribution. There's always another day for more results! And I've been thinking about episode 4 being a high-powered laser at less distance. With a 2nd person on the other side looking for the height difference. And have it drop on a tripod so I can align it to the height of the person across the way. I have two lasers. So maybe it'll work one super strong. And another so i can find my target. . Let me know what you think.
