I had a cracking telephone conversation with a UK hospital dietitian asking me what I was feeding my wife as last time she was in hospital she had impacted faeces in her colon.I asked him to clarify when. He said “ just tell me what she had for lunch yesterday”. It was spaghetti bolognaise and mushy peas! He went mad. He then asked what she had for evening meal….mash and noodles. He was going off his head at me about the poor nutrition. When he’d finished I said “ if it’s that poor then why don’t you visit the ward she is on because she’s been back in hospital for 3 weeks. 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve had Doctors say that to me but the last doctor decided to scare me. She said well it’s your life but maybe I should get a hold of the cardiologist so he can get ready for you to show up at the hospital. I said yeah I’ll see him because I’d like to actually see what’s going on in here instead of just a high LDL. So then she started arguing about how many years shes gone to school and did I really think I know more. Well no I don’t. lol She also insulted me by accusing me of believing everything I hear online. I said I don’t believe everything. I’ll listen and change my diet to see if my health improves or gets worse with certain foods. I didn’t think about it till later but I should’ve said you’re the one that believes everything your told (in school.) Sometimes I think grade A students are just as toxic as D students. A students are like robots. They just memorize everything and can’t think outside the box. If you tell them something about your body they don’t believe you because it wasn’t in their medical books.

Back in 2005 I was diagnosed as a “thin type 2”. (they know now it’s 1.5 LADA) I had the blood panel test done and when I was at the doctors office to go over these results doctor left the room and said I’ll be back in a minute. A while later he came back with a guy in a long white coat. Seemed weird cause the doctors I’d see just wore regular clothes. Anyway, this guy said, we’ve never seen blood work like this except in athletes in training. I started laughing and said I’m definitely not an athlete in training. (I was 47 years old I smoked 1/2 pk day and drank every other weekend. 😂) He told me whatever you’re doing keep doing it. He also said your LDL is high but because of the other bloodwork we’re not going to worry about it. A few years later I moved & the doctors office gave me a resident to take care of me. I told her the story and her response was ALL Diabetic should be on statins no matter what their blood work looks like. My first thought was well you don’t have a long coat, my second thought was, is that what they’re teaching them now? Push those drugs on everybody where eight years ago that Doctor didn’t push statins. Couple years ago my LDL was 415. I started adding a little more carbs. LOW carbs, and now my LDL is 288. I let a doctor scare me, three months ago, into taking statins. I was on them for two weeks and stopped. It’s been 10 weeks now and some side effects are not going away. My legs ache constantly. MY heart flops around every night when I lay flat so I take two 88 mg of aspirin an hour before I go to bed It helps to keep it calm down. I have a glucose monitor & my blood sugar was always between 80 and 110 with occasional 130. Now since the statins I cannot get control my blood sugar. I’m taking more insulin and my numbers like to float between 120 and 170!! I’m kicking myself for allowing her to do the fear factor. Are the leg aches inflammation? The blood sugar is bad, and I don’t know what the hell to think about my heart flopping around like a fish. The spaghetti legs & feeling like I was going to tip over while standing did go away. I just hope the other side effects aren’t permanent. If I have a heart attack I’m blaming the statins.

Blood pressure is good, weight 150 and dropping. 5'3. 79 yrs young. Soo is all this talk only good if you dont have plaque? I was told that the CAC is only 2 dimensional, so the cholesterol might have come in to fix a longer area of inflammation and be done with it. 500+ in one artery. What about the claim that high LDL "automatically" causes plaque because ApoB is attracted to the endothelium of blood vessels due to its electric charge?
@akhusal

It can't be automatic as nearly half of those with high LDL (or normal LDL) have zero arterial calcium. For those on a keto diet High LDL occurred predominantly only in the lean. I have a real issue with the way Diet Cults use LDL to be either good or bad or not relevant. From an actuarial perspective risk is a weighted variable and I don’t think enough people especially doctors don’t seem to understand risk. If LDL is a risk, which it seems it is then it’s something to investigate. The idea that we should ignore it is faulty logic, but to blindly take a drug to reduce it is just as simplistic.

A keto diet that increases LDL (in the minority) may reduce heart disease risk by 20% - if you believe the short term biased studies where they exclude those that had side effects. They only published results with benefits! Since the recent law change where all studies have to be published the effect of the same drugs have reduced. The benefits of the keto diet - reducing weight, increasing HDL, reducing triglycerides and blood pressure, reversing diabetes and depression, improving liver and kidney function. If the keto diet was a pill it would be more famous than penicillin. Keto diet reduces heart disease risk ten fold or 1000% take away dubious 20% risk of LDL, still 980% better off.

One thing I want to touch on that you mentioned at 18:00 Please read the book released by Jim West "50 Human Studies, in Utero, Conducted in Modern China, Indicate Extreme Risk for Prenatal Ultrasound: A New Bibliography" Ultrasound is terribly harmful to children still developing in the womb. It's a wonderfully detailed book that collects, translates, and analyzes fifty different human studies conducted by researchers in China that form the foundation for prenatal care policies such as requiring pregnant women to wear leaded aprons in hospital settings and banning ultrasound as a tool for sex identification or any other reason that isn't strictly diagnostic in severe health risk cases. More so than ANY other country on the planet, China is absolutely obsessed with making sure their youths have the fewest possible environmental stressors to lead to the best development possible (even if their social and fiscal policies undermine that).

@@yuka-youtube Okay. I'll bite. Why do you think this specific bit of information is information is false. Last I checked the main aim of any Chinese lie is to make the government look good because with China's culture, shame would catastrophically delegitimize the government. And many are already waking up to that fact. This information is not one such information that would risk to delegitimize the government. Hell, I could make the argument that them following those guidelines (which they do) is an admission that any ultrasounds done prior were bad so you don't even have THAT going for you. So on what basis do you make the claim that my information, which has been verified even in Western sources, be a lie? I can pull my book out and give you all the citations you need. I am absolutely willing to provide documentation. All you have to do is ask I own all of West's books and his research is meticulous. You have two choices. Ask me what I know and learn or show that you despise what I say only because documentation originates from China and deny an investigation into the material TLDR Yes they lie but why is THIS ONE a lie too?

@@yuka-youtube Then I'm sure it'll be easy to find the lies. So far I haven't found any. But I'm sure you actually combed through the information and verified yourself that the information is false, right? Surely you wouldn't offhandedly with no evidence whatsoever claim something is a lie just because of its source. Something I feel you'd be able to relate to considering you're on this channel of all places. That would be wholly unscientific. Oh wait, I know,maybe the different Chinese and American groups that found these same findings collaborated to make sure their lies matched up? Is that what you're suggesting? Because if it is, what's your evidence for this? If you'd like I'd happily scan and upload the book for you to read completely for free. I just have to scan the 80 page bibliography. I am 100% completely certain that this is genuine research that absolutely has the capacity to better the lives of future generations. You have no ground to stand on with your claim that just because it's Chinese it is false.

Treat for disease we do not have? Every child born in a hospital has its eyes treated for "neonatorum ophthalmia" even though almost none of them have any risk of it.
