I am a 48 year old lady who has made the gym, eating healthy and staying fit a main staple of my life. I started hitting the gym in my 20's, seriously pressed in further on all other aspects (proper diet, no drinking) when I turned 31. I have been blessed to be able to keep and maintain my muscle and bone density, I'm sure that it has been due to my consistency in training. Over the past several months, I started feeling "off" physically, mentally and emotionally. Depression, brain fog, etc. I would still hit the gym, pressing as hard as I could, but felt as if I had hit a wall as far as strength and actually felt like I had lost some ground as far as muscle. As far as libido, it had been non existent. Periods were starting to be slightly abnormal. I'd had just had my exam and everything was fine. I brought this up to my clinic and they suggested that I have my hormones checked. Sure enough, low testosterone. Started on some trt a few months ago, and even within the first week, I noticed a huge difference! Mainly mentally. Brain fog was gone, emotionally more balanced and able to deal with people and situations much better. I am feeling stronger in the gym, energy is better and I finally feel like my libido is lifting. Trt for women to some is total taboo. Probably because the first thing that they envision is a male looking lady. I stand firm that trt, in the proper dosages, can work wonders for women in so many aspects of their lives. I hope to live well into my 90's at least and still be able to get around, move, take trips and be an inspiration to others! ❤

didnt watch yet, but these are true: 1. a bigger CL.. 2. facial hair 3. generally more hair all over 4. deep voice 5. many women who overdo it (which is easy) also lose their melons i think i don't need to go any further.

Many more shocking before and after photos coming in the future with these female bodybuilders.. I think more awareness is needed, they don't need to get huge it's nasty
