Thank you this was great! Looking forward to a paced bottle feed video. How long does it take for your breast to fill back up with that on tap milk. I do feel as though my baby is fussy in evenings eight feeds because morning feeds are so easy and she likely gets a lot of milk and then towards the end of the day she has to work harder and doesn’t always seem satisfied or will pop on and off. Any recommendations for this?! Please keep making videos. I find you to be a trustworthy source of information. So thank you!

I'm so glad this was helpful! We have some videos on our IG account with paced bottle feeding examples in case you're looking for that info right now. Otherwise, will work on that video for youtube; coming right up! You're describing cluster feeding...this is normal! But, it's always a good idea to check in with a lactation consultant in real life if you have any concerns. The prolactin hormone (makes milk) is highest around 1-2a and then it's on a downhill slope and then makes it way back up again. There is always milk being made on demand... but this explains why cluster feeding can happen. Hopes this helps!
