Your partner holds a 80% lean planche while you do the reps, and try not to break if you don't have to:
15 power cleans, 18 front squats
12 power cleans, 15, front squats,
9 power cleans, 12 front squats,
6 power cleans, 9 front squats,
3 power cleans, 6 front squats
We took about 22 minutes to complete and we are goal oriented towards muscular endurance, practicing the skill of power cleans; proper hip thrust and barbell racking/wrist flexibility, front squats, and progressively working towards joint integrity for a full planche!
