I strongly recommend the book issued by this channel which includes all the tabs from the "Elliott Smith" album. I really hope that a 2nd batch is on its way. Peace and Love and Elliott Smith.

Thank you so much Miles, you've taught me a lot about Elliott Smith and how to play his music. Elliott means a lot to me on an emotional level. My dad passed away recently and No Name No. 5 was one of his favorites. And thanks to you I've been able to play bits of the song. He was also a big fan of your KZitem channel and one of the last things he gave me was your songbook for self-titled. That book is great btw, Elliott Smith's tabs that are faithful are so hard to find. Thanks for all the lessons, I hope you know it means a lot.

Very sorry to hear about your dad. No Name No. 5 is one of my favorites too. It's incredible to be able to connect through these videos with people like you. Even though Elliott Smith's music is often about painful topics, I think he made it to feel better and to help others feel better. It can help just to feel less alone when you're down. Thanks so much for your comment. I'm so thankful you and your dad enjoyed the videos and the book.

Can i say this in portuguese? I'm from Brazil and, well, i can express myself better in portuguese. You are doing God's work, keeping Elliott music alive e sharing his knowledge for anyone who is inspired by his work. Thank you, obrigado.

what strings gauge do you use when playing this and songs that tune the string even lower, like speed trials?

Are you going to try your attempts at any of the non-album music like Unlucky Charm? From what I've found there's next to nothing recorded and painfully there's no studio recording at the very least not one posted anywhere aside from a 40 second clip of the first several bars without any singing, which sounds fantastic if you haven't heard it.
