Hey guys! This is my deep conditioning routine for curly hair ft. SheaMoisture Manuka Honey & Yogurt Hydrate + Repair Protein Power Treatment. I like adding a protein treatment to my routine once a month. When I notice that my curl definition isn't as defined, when my hair looks really dry and frizzy, and when my wash days don't last as long. In my routine you'll also see me add a moisturizing deep conditioner after I use the protein treatment. Often protein treatments leave your hair a little dry and I think using a moisturizing deep conditioner is helpful. I also added the black castor oil with coconut from Mango & Lime to my ends.
