Deep Fried Taro is served during tea time. The outer part is crispy and the inside is soft.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs [680g] Peeled Taro
4 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp Water or Coconut milk
3 Pandan leaves
Tip of making caramel sugar
If you use Coconut milk instead of water, the taste will be so good.
