I had a lot of preconceived ideas about Nikki Sixx but after watching this I must say I feel bad. Nikki asks really good questions and even more importantly knows how to listen. He looks genuinely interested by what his guests have to say and this all makes for a really interesting show. Thanks and keep them coming.

Thanks for saying this, man. I agree... this is one of the best shows for fans of rock, and it takes a host like Nikki -- especially the part about listening (something Eddie Trunk tends to lack).

Tom is the man he is inspirational and he's right the only way you can make a difference is for you and other people to do something. People can either be positive and active or remain willfully ignorant.

Sad thing is, that violent racial hatred is, what america is based upon.

What's your point? Native American tribes were slaughtering each other centuries before Europeans arrived. And Africans were enslaving other Africans centuries before Europeans purchased a few shiploads of them. People like you are the reason racism will continue to flourish, as a lack of historical knowledge from the likes of you only continue to spread lies and myth-making, thus preventing people from seeing the truth about ALL societies.

frank conway I hear, what you are saying. However I do not understand, how you, based on my 13 word comnent/outside observation, can validate your assumtion of lack of historical knowledge. Yes... The Natives killed eachother before the arrival of Columbus and crew. Some tribes were violent, and some were not. There was a difference in the behavior of the people living in south America and north America. Fact is, that unreplaceable historic documentation was destroyed in the name of christianity. And, on top of that, basicly the entire population was killed. Note that when the Vikings reached America around 1.000 BC, they managed to coexist with the Natives. Genocide paved the building of the railroad, telegraph etc and from that, America was build. If you put in a different light, It's pretty much the same story with the African situation. Exploiting the natural resources and the population, kidnapning people and in essence making them second rate citizens in their new country. As I understand it, the way the Ameican votes are counted today is based on a system, that was generated when slavery was accepted and dictated the norm. This was the basis of my comment. Whether the comment based on "ignorance and lack of historical knowledge" fuels the continous racial conflict , I'm not qualified to answer. But.... I tend to disagree. In my mind, it's a fact, and so be it. Life goes on, good and bad, and we have to learn from our mistakes. And that includes you and me 😊

Bendtsen Magnifico Hou HAVE to be kidding me. You are comparing Vikings with other civilizations, if the vikings had the ability to take over the continent, colonize it and build railroads etc they wouldnt have? That is such a bad anology. Go way back in history. The original homo sapiens from africa wiped out neandertal man and TOOK OVER THE ENTIRE PLANET. Every human today is either pure homo sapien ( african) or a mixture of homo sapien with a small amount of neanderral ( euros, asians, middle eastern, indians etc). Then you have austrailian aboriginies who have some other human DNA that is african and something else. So ALL humans today are products of genocide by Africans against others who interbred with some of the people they wiped out. That is the fucking nature of humanity ( African Homo sapiens). All over the globe all through the history of humanity. Its called evolution. Of course we try and evolve to be less violent as we become smarter but its inhereint in homo sapiens. Probably the reason Africans were able to breed out the more peaceful Neandertal who did not have the ability to fight off the more tribal and organized african homo sapiens.

Where Motley crue and guns n roses and pantera were actually extraordinarily 'by default' political and standing up to the man, was that they were rebellious and 'extremely' individual, which empowers people. Being free and wild is by nature against conformity...... And I can see Tom understands that on some level.

Met Tom twice.....and both times he was rude as fuck and clearly thought his status earned him some kind of special treatment. Maybe I caught him on a few bad days....but I have met tons of celebs in my line of work and the 2 that stand out as the most arrogant were Wesley Snipes and Tom Morello. Don't really give a shit one way or another about his politics....I have my own politics to contend with....but on a personal level....the dude was all ego. Met Brad at around the same time...and he was cool as hell.
