I only just discovered this group of musicians who play as one recently and I’m floored. The more I hear, the more amazed I become especially live!! Nothing else like them out there!

Drummers should watch how locked in Greg is with the band. It's very in the moment and brings you into the music. Makes every live show alive :)

Their style is not only to play the music, but to play with the music. So much awesome messing around going on. I love it!

Greg, in case you are reading this, I almost find the concert videos where you mix the sound are the best ones. Keep up the GREAT work (both with Deerhoof and the mixing!)

Huh huh. Finnish words. We do parties explodes my subwoofer and room. You can test your speakers low frequencies with this live act ;). Nice video and can't blame sound wise, perfect. Deerhoof's best live playing that I have ever seen.

Great recording guys! Greg, what kind of snare are you using? It's so deep, some kind of marching snare?
@kipponi

hingeslevers He uses Slingerland drums but I don't know what sizes. Yes it is very deep (the snare). I think it is a secret. But you can find it in Slingerland net pages.

Wow so much raw energy. Great light. I have to admit, my mind is a bit too narrow for this though.
