I’m just a normal every day person. I’ve been an adult for well over 40 years. I’ve serve time in the military. as part of work I have been forced to be places that I didn’t want to be. I cannot imagine the dead time that incarceration must be. You aren’t just marking time while you’re incarcerated. You are literally going backwards. Society has decided that you are such a burden that you have to be stood in the corner, and think about what you’ve done, a full grown adult tells another full grown adult to go stand in the corner. I really can’t think of much that would be more embarrassing.

@@momsterzz I am unclear on the direction of what you have posited? But I will take stab At it. I was not suggesting the correctness of the penitentiary system and whether or not it dispenses retribution or rehabilitation. My statement was addressed to the fact that as an adult, another adult or group of adults would decid that my performance in society is so lackadaisical or lackluster, that I need to be taken and locked away for the convenience and or safety of the general Society. My suggestion is not that we do anything it was that I cannot imagine being so not self-aware that I could put myself in such a situation. Shame isn’t a valuable process anymore. The guy was in two multi-year committed relationships, then was caught at the movies with a third woman. The guy is a glutton for punishment. The craziest thing, however, is that he is obviously not god's gift to women.

I don't know what her original charges were but 5 days is a little harsh. One of the foundations of addiction is lying, as unfortunate as that is. Doing that to a judge is stupid, but so is not letting your lawyer speak for you. I said five days is harsh because if she is an addict, and she tests negative for everything but suboxone, that means she's ready for help and treatment should be the option. Punishment for addiction I'll never understand. I'm talking the addiction itself, not any associated crimes an offender committed in the midst of that addiction because theft is theft, a DUI is a DUI. I don't know, probably the unpopular opinion to anyone that hasn't survived through that life. I hope she gets into treatment and that she learns to stop lying as it doesn't protect you in treatment, it only holds you back. The second dude was just weird. It looked like he was overselling a bad acting job, chewing the scenery, so to speak, and it didn't get him what he thought it would. Interesting nonetheless, thanks for the video.
@adeptusfantasticus

You know that's not the case, come on, five days is nothing, especially for a tweaker.
