Panda Express was actually founded by a Chinese person. I find that funny because it is the most Americanized Chinese I can think of. Also as a someone who use to work there, it was very popular with Chinese tourists for some odd reason. There is a picture of me handing one tourists a large cup of soda. He was surprised by the size and since it was a mall the refills was 50 cents. I wonder how he react if he went to a regular one and see the refills are for free. Also fortune cookies I believe are a Chinese American invitation. Kinda like the chimichanga, while not Mexican per se it was made by a Mexican American. We have a lot of food like that. It's like when Americans say Scotland is in ENGLAND Never say anything like this to the Scottish Because it wouldn't matter if you have a tank you will be dealing with their whole CLAN from every direction with everything from a knife to a massive tree log which is being used as a projectile (if you don't believe me about the log check out the high land games) And i have seen an group of 9 tough American on the receiving end of the anger from 2 Scotsmans After they implied that they are english.

@seretap5211

You’re calling that shakey? I lived in the US for 5 years and had to deal with people imitating my ‘British’ accent all the time. Everyone was AWFUL. It really cannot be overstated how bad the their genuine attempts were. I’ve only heard pro actors get close, but only to that overly posh-sounding accent (Hermione Granger-esque). Compared to 99% of Americans, this guy is doing a fabulous job!

american chinese food is just that: American-Chinese food. I was invented by Chinese people who came to America and made the best replications of their cultural foods with the ingredients available to them. Over time, they even came up with new, original dishes, which we still eat and love.
