That's because the Arabs didn't say yes to the offer for them. And many times after that. Can't blame Israel for that.

@@serpentines6356 if you read the historical accounts of what was offered to the Palestinians you may have a different perspective. For example, the partition in 47 offered 55% of historic Palestine to Jews and 45% to Arabs when Arabs constituted 2/3 of the population.
