Thanks a lot!! - we don't realise just how little we know - the second your trade thesis is invalidated, you run. you can always get back in later - if it rips and doesn't come back down, the trade thesis is invalidated, run. end of day still had highs, run - became more mindful in trading - adversity and hardships are the precursors to any significant growth. find the positives in every negative situation that gets thrown at you in this game. sometimes it's discouraging beyond belief. you need to spin things postively and let it make you better, not bitter. what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger - reduce boredom trades - don't agressively trade to make a red game back to green

Every new trader needs to watch this. I blew half my $1000 account in less than 4 days. Went from using 300 shares and making a couple of hundred with good risk reward + patience to using 2000+ shares with full margin to short a parabolic on the 4th day since starting out. I became greedy and wanted instant profits instead of holding for 1-2 hours. That loss was extremely devastating since I had no means to refund the account.

Guys, I have one of the most painful trader afflictions : fear of pulling the trigger. Over 2 years straight now, while being engaged with the market every trading day. Super skilled, but I guess super scared too. Any advice you can share?

Jonathan B sounds a lot like how I used to be. Here are some of the issues you might be facing 1. Account is too small 2. No plan when entering a trade 3. Risking too much (size) 4. Too much pressure to make money. I suggest you read Dante's blog for some guidance. It helped me out a lot.

Thanks for the video. What do you mean "dig into why a company is moving." You mean SEC filings and if they need to raise money or have a shelf? Or what do you mean.

Needed to hear this after a big loss, getting caught in a squeeze. No matter how long you trade, you're always susceptible to breaking one of your rules. This is where you either cash out and become one of the 90% losers or pick your head up, learn and trade on. Great series of videos Dante.

Thanks for your honest review, we have all been there. It is amazing that most of the time only a painful loss will make you change your strategy or lack of it. It's good to know you changed your approach to keeping those trading rules.

A great listen! I love it when people talk about there previous struggles (which most of us newer traders are still going through) and how they overcame them -very inspiring. Thanks, Dante.
