Today's episode features a delightful array of dishes, including bedmi kachori platter, various types of namkeen, chole chawal, pineapple juice and a special paan. Let's embark on this flavorful journey
Today's culinary started with a visit to Chetan Swadisht Kachori. Their bedmi kachori, stuffed with urad dal and lightly spiced, paired impeccably with pumpkin and two varieties of potato sabzi. The homely feel of the ladoo that we tried at the end of the meal was a perfect end to the experience.
Following that, we reached Ramesh Namkeen and Sweet Shop. The wide range of namkeen placed in big vessels delighted us. It is the go-to place for the locals who relish these savory treats.
At Topi wale juice center, named after its genial hat-wearing owner, we savored the refreshing pineapple and wood apple juices, both boasting a delightful taste.
Then, we polished off a plate of comforting and flavorful chole chawal at Biru Chole Chawal. it was a delectable combination of chickpea curry, plain rice and chutney that we can have all the time.
Our journey continued at Raman Kabir Diary, where we were enchanted by the thick, creamy textures and indulgent flavors of their mango and mixed fruit lassi.
Finally, our last stop at Negi Paan Bhandar introduced us to their signature "bolti band paan," loaded with sweet ingredients that render speechless delight upon having it.
