This documentary that was produced from 1977 to 1983 portrays some of the history of the Nanticoke, a Native American tribe from Sussex County, Delaware. It features (then) current day Nanticoke Indians that lived along the northern shore of the Indian River Inlet, near Millsboro. The video also looked at challenges they faced in assimilating into the current culture, while retaining their tribal identity through events like the Nanticoke Pow Wow, and Annual Homecoming.
