Delhi is a cultural melting pot with a very diverse population. This results in a rich culinary tapestry where different flavors and cooking techniques merge. The city has a rich history influenced by Mughal, Persian, and Indian cuisines. The Mughal era, in particular, introduced rich, aromatic dishes like biryanis, kebabs, and Mughlai. The streets of Delhi offers chaat, golgappas, aloo tikki, parathas, and most importantly Chole Bhature.
