Chef, a couple of things. 1) I can honestly say I have never heard of Yorkshire Pudding Tacos...they look great. 2) A big thumbs up for taking the time to explain the different dishes you have at the deli bar to a member of your staff. 3) Listing the allergens at the bottom of each days menu for your guests. Excellent.

That's great of the customer to ask you more about the content of your channel - I'd love to see you teaching how to prep things and help people build confidence up - imagine if you inspired someone to become a chef because of your channels and then one day - come along and work for you - you will be smiling even more for many years!

Thanks, the red slaw was pickled red cabbage. I've added red onion, salt, honey, a little vinegar, sesame oil, chilli flakes, and white pepper. It was really tasty, I had it for lunch today. The other was simple coleslaw, cabbage, onion, carrot and mayo. 👌😊👍

Quite brilliant concept for a channel. Chef T, is that all one restaurant with so many different stations or the menu changes daily? You also have some of the best customer-focused approach in your interactions. I am curious what part of the UK this is, and if there is a dish that is a major favorite there?
