Pretty good job. I inspected differential carrier assemblies for construction equipment at the factory. Ours were spiral bevel gears not hypoid but it's the same concept. One thing that's counter intuitive is moving the ring gear in tighter (less backlash) results in moving the contact towards the toe and pulling away (more backlash) moves the contact towards the ring tooth's heel. Pinion depth moving towards the axle centerline results in contact moving towards the base of the ring tooth while pulling away from the axle centerline results in contact moving up towards the tip of the ring tooth. The most important thing is making sure you have backlash or you will be noisy and spitting out teeth.
