To prepare Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce:
Beef - 400-500 g
Carrots - 2 small (150 g)
Onion - 1 pc.
Celery - 100 g (or 5-6 stalks of celery)
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Tomatoes in their own juice - 400 g
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Red wine - 100 g
Water - 200 ml
Herbs of Italian cuisine - 1 tbsp.
Dried basil - 0.5 tbsp.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Sugar - 0.5 ч.л.
Spaghetti - 500 g
1. Cut celery, onion and carrot into small cubes. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft, add celery and carrots and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
2. Добавить фуша and fry, constantly stirring, so that there are no lumps.
3. Chop the garlic.
4. Add garlic, spices, salt, pepper, red wine, tomato paste and tomatoes in their own juice. Add a little sugar to balance the acid of the tomato paste.
5. Cover and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes.
6. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
7. Serve spaghetti with Bolognese sauce.
