In the received weight we add 200 ml of condensed milk and 200 grams of sour cream and again beat with a mixer. 250 grams of flour we add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, mix well and pour to the mixture, as this will proseem 20 grams of cocoa, stir well and beat with a mixer, until smooth. The dough is ready! Take a form, which will bake, covered with parchment paper and grease well the bottom and sides with vegetable oil. Pour the dough and send in preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes, ready to check the cake with a toothpick. Now I've got the stuffing. Walnuts we cut into little pieces, and prunes cut into medium-sized pieces and I use raisins. Prepare the cream! One kilogram of sour cream, add 200 grams of powdered sugar, mix and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes. Ready cake we have to divide into 3 parts, I do it with regular threads, then the cakes come out crisp and beautiful. Top the cake we cut into little strips and each strip we divide into small squares, thickness 2-2,5 mm and put them in a bowl. The bottom cake put on a plate with sour cream, sprinkle with prunes at will as you like, we love a lot. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and raisins. Put the second cake and done all the same.
