This is the second recipe where the instructions were incomplete and not to be found. I’m gonna give it a thumbs down because of that. If you post that follow through. It looks good, but I’m not gonna guess as to how much of this how long in the oven, etc. etc. that should be clearly stated or it’s just a guessing game and I’m not gonna go through with that

It’s called Parmigiano Reggiano, not “Parmesan”.

@@bjasshjaskjdhkasj There’s still a difference. “Parmesan” often refers to the American artificial product, while Parmigiano Reggiano often refers to the authentic aged Italian product made in the designated region.

@@Asher-mw3zo No, not just America. Every countries outside of Italy use Parmesan. The ingredients to make parmesan and Parmigiano Reggiano are the same. The qualities of those ingredients are what made them different.
