This Chinese cabbage salad with sour cream not only tastes great, this salad is also healthy and quick to prepare. This summer salad is also a delicious and healthy side dish for your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for Chinese cabbage salad
½ Chinese cabbage (for me 450 g)
Chinese cabbage is easy to digest and particularly tolerable for people with sensitive digestion.
Chinese cabbage contains important B vitamins, which are essential for nerves, skin, hair and blood.
200g tomatoes
1 pepper
½ bunch of parsley
150g yogurt
2 tablespoons oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tbsp honey or agave syrup
Preparation of Chinese cabbage salad
1. Cut Chinese cabbage into thin strips or finely slice it.
2. Halve the tomatoes or cut them into wedges and cut the peppers into strips. Chop parsley finely.
3. Mix yoghurt (possibly half with sour cream), balsamic vinegar or lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, mustard and honey or agave syrup, season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. The quick and easy Chinese cabbage salad with tomatoes, peppers and mustard-yoghurt dressing is ready!
