Glass 250 ml
Ingredients:
Raspberry mousse:
250 g frozen raspberries
half a cup of sugar
Cook until the raspberries completely disintegrate.
Rub the raspberries through a strainer.
Place biscuits on the bottom of the form (I used 15 pieces)
Curd:
1 stick of butter (200g)
130 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla sugar (16g)
Heat on low heat until the butter melts.
1 kg of cottage cheese from a bucket
5 whole eggs
Mix thoroughly and continue to heat but do not boil.
150 ml of cold milk
3 sugar-free vanilla puddings (40 g each)
Mix.
Add the pudding and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Spread 1/4 of the cheese mixture onto the biscuits
Pour the raspberries evenly over the pudding
Arrange the biscuits.
Repeat the steps 2 more times
Place only the cheese mixture on the last layer of biscuits
Icing:
300 g of white chocolate
4-5 tablespoons of whipping cream 30%
Heat until the chocolate melts completely.
Pour the warm chocolate onto the warm cake.
Pour the remaining raspberries onto the chocolate, creating a "patch"
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
