👉Uzbek Pilaf Ingredients:

2 cups of basmati rice

👉Kaytaz Borek Ingredients:
For Filling:
400 gr ground meat
2 onions
1 tomato
2 green peppers.
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cumin.
1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
a quarter tea glass of oil.
For Dough:
2 cups of warm water
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 packet of yeast (10 gr).
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt.
5 cups of flour.
To roll out the dough: melted butter.
Let's bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees on the upper and lower settings for 45-50 minutes.
👉Oruk (Stuffed Meatballs) Ingredients:
For Filling:
500 gr ground meat.

Salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper.
Parsley, walnuts.

2.5 cups fine bulgur.
1 cup semolina
3 cups boiling water.
1.5 teaspoons pepper paste
Salt, cumin, 1 egg.
1 cup flour.

For Syrup:
3 cups sugar
3 cups water
1 slice of lemon.
For Dough:
200 gr butter.
1 egg
1/2 teacup sugar.
1/2 teacup oil.
1/2 teacup yogurt
1/2 teacup semolina.
Approximately 4 cups flour
1 packet baking powder (10 gr), vanilla (5 gr).
Above:
A bowl of coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
1 egg yolk.
👉Ingredients for Kadayıf Dessert with Custard:
For Syrup:
2 cups sugar
3 cups water
1 slice of lemon.
For the pudding:
2 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar minus 1 finger.
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of starch.
After it cools, 1 pack of powdered whipped cream and 100 gr of liquid cream.
1 cup of butter and liquid oil mixture.
500 gr of shredded wheat.
Let's bake it in the oven at 190 degrees.
