This is my 2nd time trying out this recipe and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. I was a little skeptical about adding the coconut milk at first, but now I think it will be a staple in my fish recipe. Thanks for taking the time out to make this video.

OMG!!! I'm so glad I found your channel. Just finished cooking this. Used a nice 2# yellowtail snapper. One of the best meals I've ever made! After cooking I took all the meat off the the bone and served it as more of a stew over rice. Just awesome! Thanks again. .

Hello! La purée est un mélange d’ail, d’oignon vert, d’oignon blanc, de persil, de piment végétarien, vinaigre et huile. On l’utilise pour mariner les viandes et poissons et pour relever les sauces et autres plats. Vous ne faites pas ça chez vous?
