Caramelize sugar between low and medium heat
keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn
If it's going too slow for you, you can turn up the temperature, but not above medium level
(The video for the caramelization portion is sped up since I cooked it longer and slower to avoid burning)
Also be careful not to burn yourself on the pot or pan you are using when transferring the caramel to the ramekins
Cleaning tip:
If dry caramelized sugar is stuck to the pot, you can soak it in heated water to dissolve it
