Corn Gohan Butter & Soy Sauce Flavor
Hello everyone. Do you love corn ?
Corn is my favorite vegetable since when I was kid.
I’ll make delicious rice dish using corn, and bacon.
Making it is very easy. Let’s cook together !
Ingredients
・360cc (about 330g) short grain rice
・440cc water
・30cc soy sauce
・30cc sake
・1 corn
・50g bacon
・5g (for 1 person) butter
・A little black pepper
Recipe
・Wash rice for 3 times.
・Put washed rice in a pot, and add water, soy sauce, sake, mix them.
・Cut the corn kernels off the cob.
Put the cob into the pot.
・Cut the bacon into 1cm cubes.
Add cut bacon.
・Add corn kernels. No need to mix them.
・Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes.
・After 30 minutes, turn on high heat until boil.
・After boiled, change low heat, and cook them 3 minutes.
・After 3 minutes, turn off heat, and let it sit about 20 minutes.
Don’t remove the lid.
・After 20 minutes, remove the lid.
Remove the cob.
Mix them.
・Serve in a bowl.
Put butter on top the rice, and sprinkle a little black pepper.
