Chicken:
Butcherbox Chicken Thighs OR breast, Skinless and boneless, 1 lbs diced (bit.ly/36HwjxL)
2 eggs whisked
1/2 cup protein powder (I used this one: amzn.to/30TZYQM)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
¼ tsp ground ginger
Orange Chicken Sauce:
3/4 cup sweetener (I used this one: amzn.to/3gSvggA)
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are using monkfruit, erythritol, or confectioners, HALF the sweetener first, taste it and then adjust to your liking*
4 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
¼ - 1/2 tsp sesame oil (if you love sesame oil, use 1/2!)
¼ cup water
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp garlic or 2 garlic cloves
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp orange zest
1/4 tsp xanthan gum (amzn.to/33Hbpgl)
For frying:
1/2 cup olive oil (we are shallow frying so we will NOT be using all of this)
