Delicious Korean zucchini
Very tasty and juicy zucchini. Try this recipe for zucchini, I'm sure you will like it.
To make Korean zucchini:
Young zucchini - 500 g
Carrots - 200 g
Garlic - 5 cloves
Coriander - 1 tsp
Ground black pepper - 1 tsp
Hot pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 50 g
Salt - 1 tsp without a slide
Sugar - 2 tsp
Vinegar 9% - 2 tsp (I completely forgot to add to the video)
1. Grate zucchini and carrots for Korean carrots.
2. Chop the garlic. Add garlic to carrots and courgettes.
3. Add coriander, black pepper, hot pepper, salt and sugar.
4. Heat the vegetable oil well, pour the oil over the spices, so the spices will better reveal their aroma.
5. Place the lid on the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer the zucchini is marinated, the tastier it will be.
