The best pumpkin pie I've ever eaten. It is very fluffy, fragrant and super tasty. I mixed half of the dough with cocoa. Thanks to this, the cake tastes even better and looks great.
Pumpkin cake stays fresh for a long time.
It is slightly damp all the time. I recommend them not only for Halloween.
I always choose pumpkin for the dough, which is not very watery. In Italy I recommend: Delica pumpkin.

Recipe:
• 270 g of chopped raw pumpkin
• 150 g of sunflower oil or melted butter,
• 3 eggs
• 300 g of wheat flour
• 220 g of sugar
• 25 g of cocoa
• grated zest from 1 large orange
• 15 g baking powder
Bake for about 50 minutes at 175°C.
Mold: 23 cm, height 10 cm
