Your respect for the ingredients and your very careful and thought out procedures combined with a very casual approach to recipes tells me you have what it takes to make extraordinary food.....so long as you don’t go falling in love with yourself. Stay humble.....it is the way of the true cook......professional or amateur.

Hey just subscribed! Like the channel! I like the bone marrow soaked in seasalt water for 24 hours. Make sure to really submerge them for best results. The salt will get out all the blood, in turn makes the marrow much more buttery and just as flavorful if not more. Try this next time for a new, in my opinion next level experience that i think will delight you like never before! P.s. after the soaking it salt, you can also add the herbs you like and mix in with the marrow. Just remember if you do this also, you need to really crush down the herbs so they cook through. Better to use dry in my preference. Or just lay fresh thyme and rosemary on the top when grilling too. If fresh just add to the top before grilling. Enjoy! And hope your show is a huge success!!
