//Ingredients
eggyolk 1
1T sugar
1t cornstarch
Marsala wine 1T
100ml milk
20g white chocolate
100g whipping cream
250g cream cheese
125ml hotwater
coffee granules 1T
Marsala wine 1T
Ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
1. Add starch, sugar, and Marsala wine to the yolk and mix, then add milk.
2. Place the bowl containing the yolk mixture on the pot so that the boiling water does not come into contact with it and continue to stir.
3. When the cream starts to thicken, add white chocolate to finish and cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Whip the whipping cream and cream cheese and mix with the cooled yolk cream.
5. Add coffee granules and Marsala wine to hot water.
6. Shortly dip the biscuit side without sugar in coffee mixture and place it face up.
7. Layer the lady finger cookies and cream in order.
8. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to soften the biscuits and sprinkle with cocoa powder just before eating.
